Human Welfare Trust strives to provide quality and affordable healthcare services to the deprived communities that do not have access to even basic healthcare facilities. In view of this, HWT has established Al-Shifa Multispecialty Hospital in Jamia Nagar area of South Delhi in addition to opening hundreds of clinics across various states in the country. Further, HWT is ready to establish a new Ummed Multispecialty Hospital at Malihabad in Lucknow.

Al-Shifa Multispecialty Hospital focuses on provision of quality healthcare services at an affordable cost. It ensures better healthcare services for the welfare of around two million people primarily from lower and middle-income groups of the society residing in its adjacent areas. It is a 73-bed hospital which operates through 20 departments.

Here are some of the key healthcare programs / initiatives of HWT:   

•   Provision of affordable medical and healthcare services by establishing hospitals and clinics
•   Medical Assistance to Poor and Needy Patients
•   Covid-19 Relief Work including establishment of the Covid Field Hospital, donating hundreds of Oxygen Cylinders and Oxygen Concentrator Machines to hospitals and clinics, setting up an Oxygen Generation Plant at Al-Shifa Hospital, and distribution of hygiene kits and PPE kits to medical workers.
